Returning after 16 weeks felt completely overwhelming. I sat in my car for 10 minutes before walking in. My buddy had texted me the night before just to say 'I'm thinking of you.' That one message made all the difference. If you're heading back soon — you're going to be okay. 💜

Community feed
We adopted internationally and the process was a lot. What I didn't expect was how much HR walked us through every step. From paperwork to leave timing to a check-in at week 8. I never felt like a number.
I'm a sandwich caregiver — toddler at home, mom in assisted living. Two years ago I almost left because I didn't think Twincrest got it. Finding this community changed everything. You're allowed to need both.
Create your Bright Horizons account NOW before you need it. You don't want to set one up at 7am when daycare just called.
Has anyone used the milk shipping reimbursement? Going back next month and wondering if it's worth setting up.
Month 3: Soft Landing is real. 60% felt weird at first. By week 3, so glad I didn't jump to 100.
The Nest in Building B is amazing. Pump is brand new. Book early on Mondays.
Backup care days increased to 10 per family for 2025. Already updated in Bright Horizons. 🎉
